Flex hone diameter can be made from 4mm to about 350mm. Flex honing brush diameter is usually made approx 8%~10% bigger than the bore to be polished to get a better polishing effect. Because the nylon wire used in the honing brush part is flexible. And we use wood core to make a quite big diameter hone brushes such as 300mm and more.

We would like to know the information of hone diameters D, honing length HL, total length TL, material, and grit in your inquiry. We have several types of abrasive materials grits from 60# to1000#. Materials available are silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, boron carbide, diamond, and ceramic.
Flex honing brushes can be made with or without a threaded rod. Please provide the thread size requested.
