Product Description

This brush is made with brass coated steel wire and steel tube with stainless steel shaft, custom-made shape and size available
Application: industrial cleaning, sweeping, polishing, deburring, sweeping, spreading, waxing, water absorption. 

It is mostly used for surface treatment of steel plate, copper substrate, galvanized plate, and aluminum plate. The brush wire can be corrugated nylon wire, and corrugated stainless steel wire can be used for special requirements. The size of the brush roller is determined by the supporting pickling machinery. Generally, the nylon pickling brush roller is used for oil removal, rust removal, polishing, cleaning, etc.
