We can manufacture tufted brush roller and spiral type brush roller. Tufted brush roller are made with tubular plastic core, core materials are nylon, polypropylene, PVC or aluminum available. Brush filament materials are nylon, polypropylene, wire, abrasive wire, animal hair, Mexico sisal fiber etc. Spiral type brush roller are made with strip brush wound on a shaft, the shaft can be stainless or carbon steel as requested for different application.
Application:
glass cleaning, agricultural products cleaning, also used in descaling, grease removal, galvanizing, wood polishing, electronic industry etc.
