Honing diameter can be made from 4mm to about 350mm. Flex honing brush diameter is usually made approx 8%~10% bigger than the bore to be polished to get a better polishing effect. Because the nylon wire used in the honing brush part is flexible. And we use wood core to make a quite big diameter hone brushes such as 300mm and more.
