The conveyor belt brushes are designed for difficult applications, fines and fibers, including wood dust, cement dust, salt, sugar and fertilizer, are to clean and maintain conveyor belts on production lines. Extremely effective at sweeping fines and residue from non-flat conveyor belts such as grooved, ribbed, cleated and chevron belts.
Staple set roller brushes sometimes are called punched-filled or tufted roller brushes because the tufted bristles are punched into a plastic core tube made of PVC or nylon. The aluminum core is also available for some special applications. This type of roller brush comes in low, medium, and high densities determined mainly by numbers and pattern of punched holes, trim length, and fill diameter also affect the density. Fill color is available in white, black, red, yellow, blue, green, etc.
