Abrasive filament pipe brushes are made of nylon bristles containing abrasive grain materials (silicon carbide or aluminum oxide). So these types of brushes are more durable and high-temperature resistance, work well on industrial polishing, deburring, and grinding action on the side as well as the face of plastic and metal parts. Grit size available from 60# to 1000# according to different brushing applications.
They are mainly used to remove the tiny burrs on the surface of the hole after finishing, thereby improving the smoothness of the inner hole.
