The outward spiral brush is similar to a spiral type roller brush, spiral brush is only a spiral coil flexible to be assembled on the old shaft, it is for replacement of only brushes. The spiral brush roller is to maintain a good density spot welding on a seamless round shaft in this winding method to form a spiral brush roller with a high brush wire density and not easy to fall off. The spiral brush can be made without or with a certain pitch between coils, this is designed to consider that debris will fall into the brush and cannot be cleaned when the spiral brush is working.
