The Inward Spiral Brush is a winding brush of steel wire or nylon wire in the steel belt, which can be divided into single circle and multiple circles. The Wire Rope Cleaning Spiral Brush is also called as Spring Brush. lt is made from Strip Brush. By forming Strip Brush into spiral coil at certain distance or zero distance, then it become a Spiral Coil Brush. It consists of metal backing and different material of filament(nylon,brass wire,steel wire,etc).
Application:
1. to remove residual lubricant and excess coating from wires
2.gently wipe and brush the surface even of softer metals
3. elimination of drag out or carry over from one bath to the next
4. these brushes can be used in acid-alkaline systems
