Our flexible strip brush is made with a plastic base and nylon or polypropylene filament. The base and fill are hot melt molded together this avoid any loose bristle come out. Compared with rigid back strip brushes, they can be curled arbitrarily into any shape to meet a variety of needs on customized applications.

Our rigid backing strip brushes usually are made with an extruded aluminum carrier/holder for easy mounting. We can make the strip brush with the aluminum carrier in the shape of h, F, T, Y, mostly used is a normal silver aluminum carrier and black anodized profile carrier used for special application.
