Flex honing brushes can be made with cut end or with a thread rod. Materials available are silicon carbide,aluminum oxide,boron carbide,diamond and ceramic, grit from 60# to1000#. For big diameter hone brushes such as 300mm and more, we use woodcore and 16mm drive shaft.
Normally we make the flex hone brush diameter approx 8%~10% bigger than the bore to be polished to get better polishing effect.

For a custom honing brush, we would like to know specification information of hone diametert D, honing length HL, total length TL, material and grit in your inquiry.
