Audited Supplier The roller brushes are designed to clean or polish all types of fruits and vegetables in the agriculture and food processing industry. The roller brushes can eliminate the build-up of wax on the machine rollers that transport the fruits and vegetables. Industrial cleaning roller brushes come in many sizes and can be made with a shaft or an arbor, there are two types from technology - spiral type and punched filled type. Spiral type brush rollers have higher density brushing face but punch-filled ones are lower in cost. The punched-filled brush is mostly used for general cleaning in the industry. Left or right-hand helical patterns are available.
Available filament for cylindrical roller brushes is inclusive of natural fiber, animal hair, synthetic fiber, wire and abrasive nylon.
