Product Description

Roller brushes are usually mounted under the conveyor belt head drum so the rotating brush will sweep residue material away from the belt.
Keep the conveyor belt clean, reduce the carry-back, which will bring lower clean-up costs and less unplanned downtime. Additionally, the carry-backs adheres to the conveyor belt may cause serious material accumulation and residues build-up on pulleys or rollers, therefore lead to belt misalignment or belt edge damage resulting in unscheduled downtime of the conveyor.
