Flex honing brushes can be made with or without a thread rod. Please provide thread size requested.
We make the flexible honing brush diameter approx 8%~10% bigger than the bore to be polished to get better polishing effect. Because the nylon wire used in the honing brush part is flexible. And we use woodcore to make quite big diameter honing brushes such as 300mm and more.
